Tucked in amongst the dunes of Discovery Bay Coastal Park, which covers the stretch of coast from the Victorian - South Australian border to just West of Portland & the



Southern end of the 50km sweep of Discovery Bay is the Portland Dune Buggy Club area.

Access to Portland Dune Buggy area and the camping ground we maintain at Swan
Lake is off the Portland - Nelson road.

For reasons of safety, and sound land management practices, the club is charged
with monitoring all vehicle activity in the area, therefore all drivers must be a member
of the Portland Dune Buggy Club.

Members of any 4WD club can arrange for a four-day membership inclusive
of camping fees at Swan Lake where there is a large grassed area
tucked into the back of the dunes, protected from the wind.

There is also cold running bore water, and toilet facilities.
